On our website, you can make a reservation for serviced apartments & Hotel rooms from different hotels listed in their respective pages
For Shortlet service apartment:
- Click on bookings, then click on shortlets to get to the shortlet page
- select your preferred location
- select the number of guests
- click on check-in to select the date you will like to check-in to the apartment
- click on check-out to select the date you will like to check-out of the apartment, then click on check availability
- On the next page, Click on any of your prefered apartments that is listed, and click on book now to see more details about the apartment
- Start a Chat with any of our respresentatives by filling your details on the chat menu that pops up on the right corner of the page, to confirm the availability of the apartment.Once availability is confirmed, you can proceed to complete your reservation.
For Hotels:
click on bookings, then click on Hotels to get to the Hotels page
You can choose from any of the listed hotels by clicking on your preferred choice
On the next page Start a Chat with any of our representatives by filling your details on the chat menu that pops up on the right corner of the page, to confirm the availability of the listed rooms.Once availability is confirmed, you can proceed to complete your reservation.

i will like to cancel my reservations, can i get a refund?
There is no refund for payment made on our website. However, you can reschedule to a future date, provided we are notified at least 48hrs before your check-in date/time and also provided the apartment is available for your selected date.
When will my caution fee be refunded?
Caution fee is usually refunded within 24hrs of check-out, provided you did not damage our facility during your stay
